Curried Tomato and Bean Soup! PER-FEC-TION on a blustery autumn day. If you want the recipe, like most of them, I can’t take credit for it, so go here. I guarantee you’ll have all the ingredients for this simple soup on hand, or else I don’t know how you manage to keep yourself alive. I don’t think I can tell you just how much curry makes my life worth living, so I’ll just note that I did probably double the amount that this recipe calls for. Do it to your tastes though, of course. But know that I’m judging you if you use less curry than I do. (Do your taste buds work? I mean seriously… I think curry was specifically handed down from the Divine Consciousness… how could you only want what the recipe calls for?????)
